Well, I'm a pretty easy person to get along with. Chances are we'll have something in common because I have a huge range of interests. I love laughing and living every day to its fullest. I'm pretty liberal, but I'm not holding anyone's opinions against them. We're all entitled, right? Right.

About my music:
I'm a rock girl \m/. Breaking Benjamin is my favorite band, I listen to all kinds of rock music, and I am always searching for new bands.
As for other types of music... I like just about everything (dance music, classical music, oldies, classic rock, punk, pop, music from musicals, etc). You'll notice country is missing from this list, and that's because I pretty much hate it. I can count on two fingers how many country bands I actually like, and besides those far and few songs that are somewhat decent, country kind of makes me nauseous. I've given it a shot, and we're going with a solid no.

About my viewing pleasures:
I love movies of every and any kind. Fantasy films are at the top of my list right now *shakes fist at HP*. I have this love/hate relationship with scary movies, I'm a sucker and usually end up crying during any movie that is even the tiniest bit sappy, I can't get enough of war/action movies, and I can watch comedies over and over and over.
As for TV, my tastes are also ranging. Supernatural and Lost are the two shows that I'm completely loyal to and watch religiously. I also make time to watch Whose Line is it Anyway, Nip/Tuck, Law and Order: SVU, Will & Grace, Queer as Folk, So You Think You Can Dance?, House, Dexter, South Park, NCIS, America's Next Top Model, and Rome.

About my reading and writing:
Reading is the way I spend most of my free time. For books I like pretty much anything, but I've been sticking with fantasy and romance lately. Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, the Sweep series (by Cate Tiernan), the Twilight series (by Stephenie Meyer), and just about any book by Nora Roberts have been my pickings for the last few years. I also read fanfiction of the Harry Potter variety, which you may find ridiculous, but there's some great stuff out there, so don't be hatin' 'til you've read some!
Writing pretty much ties in with reading. I'm actually a writing major at my university and have, for some reason unknown to me, decided to give it a shot. I write a lot, both for class and for pleasure. I generally write pointless stories for fun, but someday I'll hopefully be able to dish out a novel.

About my eccentricities:
Many of them are listed above, but my ridiculous obsessions come and go very quickly. I'll find something that I'm in love with and wil go crazy over it for about two days, then move onto something else. My more... permanent obsessions are Harry Potter, Lost, Supernatural, the Twilight series, musicals in general (Wicked, FTW!), Tom Felton, Zac Efron, Robert Pattinson, and Jensen Ackles. Besides all these silly fangirl obsessions (that I should probably get over but doubt I will), I also have an undying love for anything to do with horses, the Green Bay Packers, and marching band.
